You will receive a 5 week PAID training course to learn the keys to success that the company brings to its clients, the sales methodology and processes to close and bring on new clients. This position requires ZERO cold calls, prospecting or referrals. Our marketing efforts generate 5-15 qualified leads per day per rep which are scheduled on your calendar. You just need to close them. Average deal size $10-15K. You will make (on average) $2500 per deal closed. ***A qualified lead is a job seeker/executive who is looking to change careers or find new employment with a base salary in the $80-300K range.
