We are seeking an Expert Outplacement/Recruiter – 100% Inbound Leads – 100% Remote to join our team of 10!

You will receive a 5 week PAID training course to learn the keys to success that the company brings to its clients, the sales methodology and processes to close and bring on new clients. This position requires ZERO cold calls, prospecting or referrals. Our marketing efforts generate 5-15 qualified leads per day per rep which are scheduled on your calendar. You just need to close them. Average deal size $10-15K. You will make (on average) $2500 per deal closed.

***A qualified lead is a job seeker/executive who is looking to change careers or find new employment with a base salary in the $80-300K range.

This is 100% inbound leads, there is no cold calling.

You get a % of each deal you close with accelerators/bonuses once you hit certain thresholds. Ballpark, expect around $2500 commission per deal closed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company’s outplacement/career coaching services to 6 figure salaried executives
  • Evaluate the prospects’ seriousness and willingness to invest in their careers
  • Explain and offer our unique services
  • Answer the prospects’ questions
  • Demonstrate our successes
  • Close the sale.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Recruiting or Outplacement field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full time availability

This is a remote position. You can live anywhere in the continental United States and do this job. Interested?
